TALI Black Berry Mix 300 g - Freeze-dried blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrants

Ingredients: wild blackberries, blueberries, black currants. 6.5 kg of fresh fruit yields 1 kg of freeze-dried fruit. 100% pure fruit, no sugar, no coloring, no artificial flavor, no preservatives. Use our black berry mix to refine your muesli or add the fruit to yoghurt or quark.
The high content of anthocyanins, which give the fruit its dark color, is typical of these blue-black-purple fruits. Anthocyanins are known for their antioxidant effect and bind cell-damaging free radicals. The fruits are also characterized by their high vitamin C content. The contained tannins and roughage have a digestive-regulating effect.
Freeze drying is a gentle drying process at low temperatures. Freeze-dried fruits are of a high quality because their colour, shape, aroma and vitamins are optimally preserved. When adding liquid, the fruits quickly swell again.
We carefully fill the fruits into resealable aroma protection packages. Only fruits that have been processed in Germany under the control of a German laboratory are used. The harvests come from Europe and North America.
